Keep the enquiry small and relevant.
PlayED Budding Learners uses information you choose to provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss programme fit, arrange a trial or class, and communicate about your relationship with us.
The public enquiry flow asks only for contact details, school level, programme/subject interest, preferred delivery mode and timing, plus an optional short description of what support you are looking for. The form sends the enquiry directly to PBL's designated mailbox through the PBL Cloudflare Worker; it does not require your own email app and does not create a separate marketing database. Please do not send medical information, diagnostic labels, detailed grades or school records through the public form.
If you arrive through a PBL campaign or referral link, we may retain standard campaign tags such as source, medium or campaign name with the enquiry so we can understand which PBL marketing channel produced it. These tags are used for channel attribution only; they do not create a learner profile and are not automatically shared with PEDGES or PiBA.
PlayED Budding Learners and PlayED Games & Education Studio (PEDGES) maintain separate enquiry and data flows. Parent, learner and enrolment information is not automatically sent to PEDGES or PiBA systems simply because we use the PLEMO learning approach or link to the PEDGES website.
If a specific PEDGES/PiBA validation activity is offered, its applicable information handling and consent will be addressed separately.
